Do you have a 24-hour reception?
Loup Castel is an intimate, boutique guest house. While we do not have a traditional front desk, we provide a personal welcome between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM . As your hosts, we take great pleasure in interacting with you throughout your stay and offering personalized recommendations to make your visit truly unforgettable.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in : From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Check-out : By 11:00 AM.
Outside of these hours, we are dedicated to preparing the rooms to our high standards and caring for the guests currently in-house. To help us organize your arrival, please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance.
Is it possible to arrive earlier or later?
Access to the property is only available starting from the check-in time (3:00 PM). If your travel plans require an arrival after 7:00 PM , please contact us in advance via WhatsApp or email ([email protected]) so we can arrange for a late check-in.
Can I stay on the property after check-out?
To ensure an impeccable level of cleanliness and a warm welcome for our next arriving guests, it is generally not possible to remain in the rooms or common areas after 11:00 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Which languages do you speak?
We are happy to assist you in French, English, or Spanish . Israel also speaks some Italian.
Are pets allowed?
Although we are animal lovers, we cannot accommodate outside pets. Two adorable small dogs already live at Loup Castel and will be eager to greet you upon your arrival.
Is there an elevator?
Our villa does not have an elevator. The Mediterranean architecture includes stairs: one set leads from the parking area to the main level (Nice & Cannes rooms, SPA, and pool), and another set provides access to the upper floor (Menton & Monaco rooms and the breakfast terrace).
Can I stay with my children?
Our facility is not equipped to accommodate young children. Our establishment is dedicated to adult relaxation and does not have facilities suitable for children's safety.
Is Loup Castel equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The steep stairs and traditional layout of the property do not meet the necessary accessibility standards.
