Is the rate per person or per room?

Our rates are indicated per room, per night , based on double occupancy.


Is breakfast included?

Yes, our "famous" gourmet breakfast is included in the room rate for all guests. It is our way of welcoming you each morning.


Why is it better to book directly?

By booking directly through our official website (loupcastel.com) , you are guaranteed the best available rate . Platforms like Booking.com or Expedia include intermediary commissions, which generally makes their rates higher for the exact same service.


What are your cancellation and modification policies?

We offer two options to suit your needs:


• Flexible Rate : Ideal for peace of mind. A 30% deposit is paid at the time of booking.

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Refund of the deposit (minus a 5.5% transaction fee and a €30 management fee).

• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.

• Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay is due.

• Modification: Possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (subject to availability).


Non-Flexible Rate : To benefit from a more advantageous price. The total amount of the stay is paid upon booking. This rate is non-refundable and non-modifiable .


Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay , as well as bank transfers and cash.

Note: For the pre-authorization upon arrival, only physical CB, Visa or Mastercard cards are accepted.


Are taxes included?

Yes, all taxes are included. The tourist tax (calculated per person, per night) is clearly displayed in your cart before the final validation of your booking.


Is a security deposit required?

Upon arrival, a €300 pre-authorization per room will be processed on your card (Visa/Mastercard). This amount is not debited from your account; it serves as a guarantee in case of damages. The hold is automatically released after departure following a room inspection.


Can I be refunded if I shorten my stay?

In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the originally booked stay remains due. No refunds will be provided for unused nights.


How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] . We will process your request according to the specific rate conditions chosen at the time of booking.
