What time is breakfast served?
We are delighted to serve breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM . Depending on the weather, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace overlooking the view or in the cozy atmosphere of our dining room.
What type of breakfast is offered?
To ensure a gentle start to your day, we offer a "à la carte" breakfast served at your table d'hôte . You can compose your menu according to your preferences: a selection of fine teas and coffees, hot chocolate, fresh breads, artisanal pastries, cereals, seasonal fruits, eggs prepared to order, local cheeses, and fine cold meats.
Is it possible to have breakfast earlier?
If you are planning an early departure, we can organize a "To-Go Breakfast" or a selection to enjoy in your room. Simply let us know the day before; we will prepare a selection of fresh products that you can store in your personal refrigerator.
Where can I find restaurants?
The Pays de Grasse is full of gastronomic gems. Upon booking, you will receive our Welcome Guide featuring our top recommendations. We would also be happy to advise you and book a table that matches your current desires.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning to ensure your optimal comfort in every season.
Comfort & Logistics
Does Loup Castel have a parking lot?
Absolutely. We provide one free parking space per room located inside the property. For your peace of mind, this private access area is under video surveillance.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, a CEE Type E socket (230V / 3kW) is available in the parking area (subject to availability). The rate is based on actual consumption, allowing for simple overnight charging.
Is the Wi-Fi connection reliable?
We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi access, available both inside the villa and in our outdoor spaces, so you can stay connected in the heart of nature.
Do you offer luggage storage?
To guarantee the security and tranquility of our guests, and as we do not have a permanent reception, we unfortunately do not offer luggage storage services outside of check-in and check-out hours.
Is daily housekeeping included?
Your room is carefully prepared before your arrival. During your stay, we provide a room refreshment service upon request .
What is your linen policy?
Mindful of preserving our natural resources, we change your towels every 3 days (or upon request) and your bed linen weekly. High-quality toiletries are also at your disposal.

Does Loup Castel offer wellness services?
Rest is at the heart of our concept. You can enjoy our SPA (Lava stone sauna and relaxation lounge) , or book massages and yoga classes. These services are available daily upon reservation.
Do you provide a concierge service?
More than just a concierge service, we act as your local guides . We will passionately share our "personal favorites"—secret spots, panoramic hikes, and local artisans—to make your stay truly unique.
Is Loup Castel suitable for children?
To ensure an atmosphere of "Slow Living" and absolute serenity , our establishment is exclusively reserved for adults and young adults (16 and over) seeking a calm and restful environment.
Are there recreational activities available?
For your leisure time, we provide complimentary outdoor games (pétanque, archery, Mölkky, badminton) as well as a selection of board games in the Namaste Lounge.
