Hatha yoga, which is traditionally taught in India, is a very complete discipline.
The practice of yoga connects body and mind. Practicing it regularly allows you to gently stretch, become more flexible, build muscle, while protecting the joints.
Learn to listen to your body's cues. If you experience muscle pain, stiffness, back pain, knee pain, a general imbalance in your body, a yoga session will do you the greatest good. Your body will thank you.
No need to be flexible to do yoga, the classes are aimed at curious beginners as well as regular practitioners. You can specify your level when booking your session and I will adapt according to your abilities and needs. It will be tailor-made.
Lessons last one hour and equipment is provided on site. All you need is your body and a comfortable workout outfit.
Sophie, reflexology masseuse
Passionate about alternative medicine, and trained by a Chinese master, Sophie has more than 20 years of experience in well-being which she shares and communicates with constantly renewed joy.
You will have the choice between palmar, plantar, cranial and facial reflexology, or chi nei tsang which consists of a gentle massage of the abdominal organs using compression points similar to acupuncture points.
Beyond their soothing actions, Sophie's expert pressures also relieve pain and release emotions in order to effectively combat stress and anxiety.
