What sales prices do you offer?
We provide you flexible and non-flexible rates:
To benefit from the flexible rate you pay 30% of your stay when you book. In case of cancellation:up to 30 days before your arrival: you will be refunded your initial payment, less €15 administration fees.between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay.less than 15 days before your arrival: you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your stay.Modification possible up to 30 days before your arrival: contact us. To benefit from the non-flexible rate, you pay your entire stay when booking. No modification is possible. In case of cancellation, no refund will be possible.

All taxes are included (the city tax calculated per person and per night is included in your basket before validation of your reservation).
