If you arrive before Check-in time, or if you wish to leave late, you can leave your luggage with us at no any additional cost.
In high season, various on-site activities will be offered, including massages, individual Yoga classes or in very small groups.
They will be provided by professionals selected by Loup Castel and will have an additional cost.
It is required to book activities well in advance.
For massages, the costs vary according to the types and durations of the massages.
We will provide our Clientele with an information booklet for these services.
Hatha yoga, which is traditionally taught in India, is a very complete discipline.

The Californian massage: Gently, in strokes all along the body, let yourself go and enter a state of intense relaxation to erase physical and mental tensions.
Swedish massage: Dynamic and deep, this massage will stimulate you with a rapid and oxygenated supply of blood to the heart. Its invigorating and relaxing effect promotes blood and lymphatic circulation, and will eliminate toxins to help muscles and joints regain a natural balance.
The Hawaiian massage or lomi lomi: A rebalancing of body and mental energy by this massage coming from a Polynesian philosophy. The work is done mainly with the forearms, gently and deeply in order to eliminate toxins from the muscles.
Intuitive massage: With training in reiki and osteo-therapist, I offer this technique using the three massages mentioned above. Here I will use the most favorable technique for the well-being of each part of your body. Energize the chakras, remove deep or skin-deep tensions, loosen the joints and of course also relax.
